family room included two rooms connected by a door, very useful. the pub included a pool table and dart board which i liked. car parking was quite large, i found a spot close to the entrance.
the noise from a party was loud. it ended after 11:15 pm. i wish it ended earlier.

black moldurine smell
The bathroom was not good. I saw some black mold in there. The shower cubicle had a strange smell, sort of like urine. I could not get comfortable with that. The corridor also had a urine smell. I found this frustrating.
